@ 24,000 I started noticing the starter on my 2018 Cruze LT w/ LE2 1.4 liter engine, was slipping. Especially during initial cold starts, or if the starter was heat soaked. It would also slip during auto start/stop occasionally. Once it got hung up after I’d initially started the car, making a horrible grinding noise. I’ll be taking it in for the starter to be replaced soon.
Update from Apr 17, 2019: Starter is on order and will be replaced tomorrow.
