This Preliminary information communicates if a buzz noise is heard at idle to verify if the noise by activating and deactivating the canister purge soleniod using the scan tool. If the noise is present to inspect the purge line underhood to see if m the mass dampeners were installed. if the dampeners were installed then proceed with SI diagnositics. If the same dampeners are not present, contact TAC with dealer information to get a mass dampener kit.
