The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the windshield wipers failed to operate. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the windshield wiper module needed to be replaced; however, the dealer informed the contact that she needed to pay out of pocket for the replacement part and seek reimbursement from the manufacturer.
