A D V E R T I S E M E N T S

Vehicle purchased 12/15/18 with less than 10,000 miles. On 2/7/19 as I was trying to pass a semi, I pressed the gas but had no power so I could not pass. The check engine light came on. Went home to get my husband so he could go with me. Pulling out of the driveway and put it in drive, no power. Stomp on the gas, it will take off really fast and then seem ok for about 1 minute then it does it again. I had to pull out onto a main road and almost got hit because it randomly decided to do it again....not once, not twice, not three but FOUR TIMES!

Last time I called the dealership where I was headed and told them to come and get the damn car before we all get killed. Last time it did that I was on a hill in a curve. Semi's, school buses and traffic all around me, there was nothing I could do, it would not go. Keep in mind I was about 2 miles from the dealership. They brought me a car and one of the guys finally got it to their place.

On the 8th they called and said it needed some intake hose and they ordered the part and it should be ready to pick up on the 12th. Called on the 12th and was told that the part was on national back order but they found it somewhere up North and they would get it fixed ASAP.

On the 16th they called and said it was ready so we went to pick it up. On the way home it starts doing the exact same thing again - this time the light did not come on but turned right around and took it back.

They called on the 19th to say they replaced the O2 sensor and it was good to go. Picked it up that day and it still isn't right. It struggles up small hills/inclines, RMP's stay revved up even going 65/70 and I know it isn't hitting 6th gear, I've counted them. The guy tried to tell me that maybe it's starting in 2nd...well that's just dumb. I may be a girl but I know a little about cars. When I talked to the guy when I took it in he said they would make it right or put me in something else. Took it back on the 25th for the 3RD TIME and am waiting to hear what it is this time. So ridiculous!
