Any time it is cold outside the front struts on my HHR will make a terrible crunching noise whenever I go over a bump. It has done this since about six months after I bought it. I looked into replacing them but was told by a mechanic there really was no point. The replacement parts are the same P.O.S. and will do the exact same thing. Just one more problem on a long list of problems I've had with this car.

trouble with upper lower suspension arms, tie rod ends, shocks, numerous problems with door locks radio has stopped working. understand lock systems, ignition switches, were used on other autos 5 to 6 years before and where found defective but revised anyhow . i would not sell this car to ANYONE I know.

Does anybody know how to fix this problem

In the morning driving slow i hear like the car has baad ball joints

If i drive very slow and turn the wheel left and right i hear i loud clicking sound or a snappind sound

The dealer already changed the 2 leanks ans pilot shaft and i did not do anything

Is the someone out there that can tell me what this car needs Thanks John
