cooling fan should start when air conditioning is turned on according to ADVANCE AUTO
SUPER TECH. This does not happen. The temp gauge just keeps climbing. One of the fans eventually comes on. To little to late. I've checked both fans and they do work with 12
volts running straight to them. any help would be appreciated.
