This car bought new only 35,000 miles to date. This is the 2nd time the amp in the trunk has gone bad and drained the battery overnight. The first time was around 25,000 miles and was confirmed by an automotive electrical shop. It seems the amp does not shut off after the car is parked and drain the battery. The first time I sent the amp out to be refurbished. This time I purchased a new Delco amp from amazon. This part is plug and play. It took me 10 minutes to change it. The part was $225.00. The dealer coast would be close to $400.00. Hopefully this amp will last.
