Leak between upper and lower intakes known problem tsb01-06-01-007A. Car is only a year and a half old with only 47000 miles and was undrivable due to a manufacturers defect and GM would not work to repair the problem. Their take was I should have purchased the extended warranty.
Consumer states while stop without any indication vehicle engine started idling high when consumer released the breaks vehicle started traveling without depressing gas pedal. Dealer has been contacted.
Vehicle has stalled numerous times, mostly at around 35 mph. Vehicle has been taken to dealer 5 times. Dealer has replaced wiring harness, and connection to fuel pump, however repairs have not remedied the problem.
While traveling at any speed vehicle would stall without any indication. Dealer has been contacted and repaired vehicle twice. Currently, for repair for fourth time.
