Vehicle dies while driving. Seems electrical yet could be fuel related. Restarts while driving but gets progressively worse until it is nearly impossible to keep it running

Monte Carlo SS 3800

  • Automatic transmission
  • 151,000 miles

I brought this car about 3 yrs ago and this is the first time i have had any problems. The issue i'm having is that the car starts fine but after about 30mins of running or once it's shut off, the car won't start back up unless it sits for about 4hrs at least and the problem repeats itself. I had the car diagnosed and was told that my ignition module and fuel pressure regulator was bad, changed both and still have the same problem, I took the old ignition module to get tested and was told that it was good Got it diagnosed again with the original ignition module and now I'm being told nothing is wrong. My car has been down two weeks, Please help because I'm worried that this will happen again. I want to get this fixed once and for all.

Monte Carlo SS 350

  • Automatic transmission
  • 124,000 miles

I bought this car brand new and it is a POS. My car was in the shop more than out and God was watching over me because I bought the extended warranty. While driving any speed, any time of day or night it will just die. I have take it to shops and no one seems to know what it wrong or they just start replacing parts (NOT anymore).

Fuel pump, alternator, starter, raditor, catalyic converter, tire rod, driver seat where the air bag is messed up on the side(doing it again) and it goes on and on.
