The contact owns a 2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to start as the anti-theft security system warning light illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 102,000. Updated 1/16/15 the consumer stated when the security light came on, the vehicle would not start. If the switch was left on for 10 minutes, the vehicle would start. Updated 03/03/15
