The headrest in non-adjustable, and came up to the back of my neck, which when I was rear ended my neck hit the headrest and I now have neck injuries which may have been voidable if the headrest was not in the position it was. I have a picture of me sitting in the truck to show where it came to my neck.

Driver's and passenger's head restraints inadequately protected the occupant in event of an accident. The occupant sustained injuries in a 10mph accident, when vehicle was struck from behind. The restraints are positioned approximately at mid-neck level and are not adjustable.
