While driving down highway 14 and turning at the intersection another driver took off, consumer hit the brakes, car slid about 12 inches, and hit the passenger's side of the door. Truck flipped over 3 times. Consumer was wearing seat belts. Airbag sensor was chipped, and air bags did not deploy. Consumer had to have truck towed.
Braking system malfunctioned. While driving from good traction onto bad traction, braking system will result in extended stopping distance which may cause a crash. Also on a regular stop vehicle loses all power brakes. There is a recall for this problem, but the manufacturer stated that this vehicle is not included in the recall althiugh it has the same problem.
While driving 45 to 50 mph and applying the brakes while coming to a red light, the brake pedal was hard, and the egr valve locked uo, causing the power brakes not to work.
While driving down in raining conditions windshield wipers will stop working. If consumer hits a bump they will come back on. When this happens the consumer has to pull over until wind shield wipers come back on. Also, ABS brakes are making a growling noise when stopping. Has not been to a dealer.

Whenever the ABS brakes are applied they fail to engage. Would make turns or slow down and vehicle would keep turning or going straight. When it was raining, applied brakes hard to avoid rearending another vehicle, swerved instead & hit another vehicle. Taking vehicle to dealer to check ABS braking system.

Vehicle been experiencing ongoing problem with ABS system intermittently involved in extended stopping distance whenever brakes are applied in an emergency situation. Also, a loud noise came from the wheels, and brake pedal would go closer to the floor before stopping. Dealer was notified, and informed consumerthat was normal operation. Seeking help from NHTSA in this matter.

When driving at any speed on wet pavement and applying the brakes vehicle is sliding, and when making any type of turn vehicle slides and goes straight forward.consumer has to pump the brakes and the vehicle will come to a stop.
Was driving 20mph & had to apply ABS brakes quickly, pedal went to floor. Had no brakes, and rearended vehicle in front. Neither air bag deployed upon impact. No injuries involved. Taking vehicle to dealer.
Ongoing / intermittent problem with ABS failure; whenever vehicle traveled at approx. 40 or more mph brake pedal would be hard when applied, and a sound would come from the wheel. Dealer notified. Seeking help from NHTSA in this matter.
ABS brake warning light intermittently illuminates indicating a malfunction within the system. Also when applying the ABS brakes the pedal goes to the floor causing extended stopping distance. Dealer has replaced electronic brake and traction control module, but probelem persists.
Truck was driven on gravel road with loose gravel, brakes were pushed and wheels locked up causing truck to skid. ABS did not appear to work. Truck was totaled. Similar brake action on two other occasions but no damage.
