Consumer states that while pressing on the brakes at 1-2 mph, the brakes release as if the pedal wasn't being pressed, the consumer has experienced 2 accidents and 1 close accident due to the brake failure.

ABS activates on slight roughness. Sudden stops on 2 occasions caused the ABS to activate and the pedal to suddenly fall almost to the floor. The master cylinder was replaced once, but it happened again. The caliper froze on one wheel ruining the rotor. In general, this vehicle isn't safe to operate despite the fact it is in otherwise like-new condition.
The brakes are having problems. Consumer can stand all the way on the pedal, and brakes will not respond until 30 seconds afterwards vehicle will start to slow down. Consumer has had the vehicle in several times for this problem, and the dealer has not been able to correct it. Manufacturer has been contacted.
Quickly depressed the brake pedal to make a sudden stop, nothing happened, pedal went to the floor. Quickly depressed the brakes again, and sometimes the brakes caught and sometimes they did not. This has occurred six times.
When appyling the ABS brakes in normal conditions the vehicle will proceed to slow down, but not come to a complete stop which nearly caused an collision dealer checked the computer system, but cannot identify any problem.
