Front of the owner's vehicle hit the side of another vehicle at 30 to 40mph, neither driver's side or passenger's side airbags deployed. Manufacturer said that it was normal occurrence.
While driving the vehicle collided into a pole. Upon impact, the airbags did not deploy. The driver sustained injuries. The manufacturer will be notified.
