I had this truck 13 years and treated it like a baby, with 64,000 miles on it. I skidded in a parking lot in the rain and hit a cement light pole cement guard at about 8 MPH. The truck was totaled, the air bags did not deploy, and I got a broken nose out of it when I hit the steering wheel. I also got one whale of a whip-lash as well.
It's inconceivable the truck was destroyed by a crash under ten MPH. I REALLY liked that little truck.
