The contact rented a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. While driving approximately 55 mph, the vehicle vibrated violently. The contact noticed that the voltage regulator dropped to 10.5. the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 2,061.
