The day after I bought the truck I went back and reported excessive wind noise in the area of the driver door. I was assured their service dept. would fix it. Two months later it is still not fixed (4 trips to the service department later) and now I am out of the period I can return it. I contacted Chevrolet and was told after a review of the issue, it was being classed as a "design characteristic" and Chevrolet would take no further action on it. The service technician, and the supervisor of service for the dealership both acknowledged the issue was there, yet Chevrolet refused to act on it.
