By my count this truck has stalled 38 different times between May 1,2021 & March 1, 2022! GE customer service has passed me on to three different people and they never helped me! The dealership typically says that they can’t duplicate the stalling and/or says that the computer doesn’t say anything that is wrong! Typically it stalls when I am slowing down or pulling into a driveway.
All I know for sure is that we had problems with the air conditioning blowing hot air or the heater blowing cold air. The dealership tore out the dash & replaced the HVAK system but that didn’t fix it so they then tore out the dash again and replaced actuator (or something else?) — all I know is the truck never stalled before they tore out the dash! We asked the dealership to ask the individual who had previously leased the truck if he had any problems with it stalling — he said he hadn’t! So therefore the problem started when they tore out the dash! In desperation we did hire a private mechanic who tested the truck and found 30+ problems and he fixed them all & it stopped stalling for 9 days before it started stalling again!
