There is no way the brakes should need replacing with this low mileage. I now have approximately 20,000 miles on vehicle. I've had numerus contacts with 3 different Chevrolet Customer Assistance representatives dating back several months ago. Both Chevrolet and the dealership have dragged their feet to address the issue. I'm a lifelong GM owner and very disappointed with their lack of response. Dealership says they will look into the matter and call me but never has. I know others have had similar issues. Control panel indicates brake wear is down to 90%, yet brakes are worn out. How can that be? Also heated seats don't work properly using remote start and there has been a hard shift trouble since I purchased truck in 2019.
