The contact owns a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle shuddered. Several unknown warning lights were illuminated. The local dealer was contacted, and the vehicle was diagnosed, and it was determined that the purge valve and EVAP system needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, where it was determined that the fuel pump control module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired due to parts not being available. The manufacturer was contacted, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 80,000.
