I own a 2005 Chevy Silverado leave had this kind of problems with it. This is why choice to stay the course with GMC vehicle. This problem with my 2020 Chevrolet is a game changer and a setback for me. GMC engines should be manufactured within the United States and Canada. In my lifetime I have own four Chevrolets manufactured in the US and Canada and none of them had the problems of today's GMC vehicles. The making of equipment and vehicles has a higher standard of engineering when produce in the United States and Canada. Most of the new vehicles are manufactured in a foreign country. I am joining this lawsuit to have my 2020 Chevrolet engine repaired or replaced at no cost to me and maybe convince GMC to weigh the odds of returning back home.

Silverado 1500 Trail Boss LT 5.3L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 200 miles

I bought my Trail Boss brand new and only had 200 miles on it when this valve failed and I was very pissed when spending 60k on a new truck . Now 4 year's later it's eating oil roughly 1 quart in 3k miles and the oil is pure black. Dealership agrees at 25k miles it shouldn't be using that kind of oil . It's now out of warranty so if I have another failure I'm going to be stuck with a several thousand dollars repair.

Silverado 1500 Custom Trail Boss 5.3L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 56 miles

Bought a brand new 2020 Silverado custom trail boss. Made it approximately 3 miles off the lot after buy and truck lost all power, all the dash lights were going on and off, and all gauges stopped working. Truck then stalled. Wouldn’t restart at first after sitting for about 15 it started again with same problem. Dealer couldn’t fix the truck and ended up giving me my trade in back.
