I was towing an 18ft toy hauler with a quad in it. Check engine light came on. It barely made it up mountain to turn around. I took it to Chevy dealership and problem just kept getting worse. The tip of the spark plug broke off and damaged the head and motor. It has to be replaced now. The valve was bent also. The bill will be $6800 plus tax. The fault I feel lies in the AC Delco spark plug or in the installation by Chevy of the spark plug. My first spark plug lasted over 135000 miles and this one didn't even last a year or 14000 miles. Chevy dealership says it was just an unusual catastrophic event. It's their plug & installed by them!
