A leaf spring on the driver side of the vehicle broke. Noticed leaf spring rattling when pulling into a parking lot. A few months later the same leaf spring broke on the passenger side of the vehicle.
The contact owns a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado. The contact stated that while at the dealer for routine maintenance, the technician stated that the front rock arm and ball joints exhibited excessive wear. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 70,000.
2007 Chevy Silverado 2500. Consumer states mechanical problems the consumer stated there was dry rot on the inside and outside of the doors, and under the truck bed. The check engine light illuminated six times due to the same continued problem. The front end was worked on three times, the seat had bad springs and were loud.
