Started on the front passenger side. My passenger would have to pull 3-4 times to get the belt to come out all the way. Then it began sticking and wouldn't come out at all. On the rare occasion the belt would come out, we put some clips on it to make it "not retract" after unbuckling. This only worked for a while. My brother was able to take the assembly apart and get the belt back out - but this was a pain. Only fixed the issue for about a week/however long the clips held up. Tried getting a replacement. Could not find out in any of the local junk yards. Looked on ebay. Nothing. Fix finally became getting a seat belt extender for the passenger side. Then it started on the driver side. I bought a seat belt extender for this side as well.
