rear control buttons for heat/air gets real hot
I have noticed this problem with the vehicle not long after I had it and reported it to the dealer. they kept the car looked it over and said they had no idea why it heats up like that. they still have not figured out I have told them on several occasions, taking the car in for oil changes, and they still say they don't know and have never heard of the problem. my grandson is now 2 1/2 and it is disturbing to know he could and have almost touched the heated buttons on the control panel in the back seat with his body and there is nothing that can be done about it. It does concern me as to why the buttons would get so hot, sometimes only been driving about 15 minutes and the buttons are already heated up. Has anyone else had this problem? Chevy Traverse 2014.
