After the car was about a month old when I would tap the brakes the service brakes notification would come up on the dash, the brakes for grind and it would sound like a machine gun as the anti-lock brakes for kicking in. The vehicle was brought back to the dealership where I was told all of the brake sensors had to be replaced. Two weeks after the car was fixed the same issue was happening again. They told me that there was a short in the wiring harness causing issue. This part was also on back order and the car was out of commission for a week. A week after that it started happening again. It went away for a few days, now I have about 3000 miles on the vehicle and it’s happening for a fourth time.
