On December 22, 2023, was my second appointment visit to the GMC used car dealership. I spoke to the salesman, and he initiated to take my vehicle for a test drive and after pulling out of the dealership parking lot and onto the roadway and driving over bumps at first he said that he didn't hear anything and about the next minute he said he heard something but wasn't sure if it was coming from the rear driver side, so he continued to drive back to the dealership and he begin to hear the sound more frequently and he told me that he's going to put it in the shop and give me another loaner vehicle.
Well, just to be frank, this cancelled my travel plans for the Christmas holiday. On December 27, 2023, I received a call from the salesman saying that I can come pick up my vehicle. Upon my arrival to the used car GMC dealership the salesman told me that the mechanics took the tires off and conducted a thorough inspection and he even indicated to me that he stayed inside of the shop while the mechanics conducted this inspection. I asked for a copy of the inspection form that the mechanics used to write on and the salesman told me that his supervisor would have to give me a copy of the mechanics inspection form, because he (salesman) could not give it to me and that his supervisor was off from work on that day and wouldn't be back until after the new year, 2024 and that he would let him know about my vehicle.
On January 10, 2023, I went over to the GMC used car dealership and told the salesman that the temp tag expired and if my license plate came in, he told me yes and I asked about the inspection form, and he (salesman) told me that his boss was in a meeting. I asked about what they were going to do about my vehicle, and he told me he could see about trading me out into another vehicle with less amenities and cloth seats at the same price. I stated that I just want my vehicle fixed, and he (salesman) said he would talk to his boss and call me. I departed the dealership and now waiting for my call. Nothing done as of yet.
