So mad. Loved the car until now. This happens at 40K miles, really?? Began to notice a bad shudder at I accelerate from a stop and continues until you get to cruise speed. Per dealer, Tech Bulletin PIP5608F, too much grease build up, overfilled at factory and the fluid is turning into grease from hot cold cycles, and if I am to replace fluid and drive it 200 miles, and if it still does it, I need a new transmission. So distrusting right now, this is probably a Band-Aid until I am out of warranty, make it last another 40K and then screwed - ugh!!!
Update from Apr 24, 2024: So far seems to have fixed the issue by changing the fluid. However, they would not cover it under warranty and charged me $300+ for the work.
