The contact owns a 2023 Chevrolet Traverse. The contact stated while driving at approximately 70 MPH, the "ESC" message displayed, and the vehicle lost motive power and stalled. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to immediately restart. The contact stated that approximately one hour later the vehicle was restarted and driven to the local dealer. The dealer was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000.
