Purchased the car in 2016 with 50 miles, left over that did not sell. Up close inspection was performed, several days after purchased noted dents on roof around the panoramic roof. This could not be seen up close the waves or dents were noted from approx. 20 feet. Contacted dealership and made a complaint, originally thought damage from car wash air dryer. Dealer suggested that a paint less dent less solution could be tried at my own expense. Attempted same which revealed that it was not a simple flexing of the surface steel but that the frame work for the window insert was twisted. When the dent was pulled a V shaped channel formed where the frame work for the opening was not parallel but pulled down from the supported weight of the window. This was confirmed both by speaking with another paint and dent company that had seen this issues on several Chrysler's with the same window in the past, and once the window was removed from the car by the body shop the weight of the window hanging on the fasteners was removed and some of the flexing from the insert frame work attached to the car relaxed. Body work and filling were required to smooth out the dents that remained.
