Car wasn't starting at all, had it towed and while at the dealership for the "no power" issue I was told that I have a failed head gasket leaking coolant into the engine. Was told by Chrysler I should replace the entire engine. Only 72,000 miles on the car.

It is a never-ending issue with Chrysler engines.

Started with a Misfire, changed plugs and ignition coil to no avail. Took it to a dealer who couldn't diagnose it without and engine breakdown. Took it to a local mechanic finally and he said oil in coolant and car is reading a code for leaking coolant but no misfire now.

LOL, how can the dealership not find it without breaking down an engine.

Pacifica Touring 3.6L V6

  • Automatic transmission

My car check engine light came on with a p303 code. Basic fix was to replace spark plugs and ignition coil. That did not fix the issue, next day check engine light was back on. Took it to Chrysler and was told 3,800$ to replace head gaskets plus additional costs to machine the heads. This car has also had multiple other issues since purchased.
