Car has been to two different dealers and most front end components have been replaced under warranty. The problem persists and it appears the passenger side front end is bottoming out every time a large hole is hit on the passenger front end. The dealer recently stated that this loud noise was normal which I strongly disagree and think there is a serious issue not repaired. The strut has not been replaced because there is no leakage apparent to the mechanic. I believe this problem deserves further investigation and Chrysler action to resolve the problem. At the present time the car is still experiencing a loud noise every time a large bump or pothole is hit on the passenger front end.
