Chrysler has a reset /calibration on the instrument panel. If you hold in the trip reset pin until calibration starts (lite show and gauge movement) the gauges and panel will be reset to factory default. If on start up the speedometer needle jumps, the car battery is bad. Not enough voltage for the computer to verify proper information, so it sends the computer into limp mode operation. A new fully charged battery will make the problem go away. BELIEVE ME IT REALLY WORKS!!!
