While driving 15 mph, the consumer heard a loud noise coming from underneath the hood, then the vehicle stalled and the power steering and brakes locked up. The consumer managed to pull over and had the vehicle towed. There is a hole in the vehicle's transmission.

While driving could hear noise coming from engine, and vehicle could not be driven. Then, towed to dealer, who found out that defect was belt pulley tensioner. This had been fourth time that belt pulley had to be replaced.
