Several times my sons seat belt that holds his car seat came unbuckled. The last time I had to stop suddenly and his car seat came forward. By the grace of god, he was not hurt.

The seat was not locked and when the consumer applied the brakes suddenly, the child safety seat moved and the baby car seat lunged forward. The baby bruised his/her face. It must have symbol to let you know seat is locked into placed.

Built in child seat has a flip down front which was not properly locked. Child was in built in seat when it flipped forward and then backwards hitting child in face. Child lost a couple of front teeth.
