I was driving on the hwy and my brake engaged not sure if it was the E-brake or reg brake it jerked the car forward and the brake light came on and as fast it happened it corrected itself and the light went out. I called the place I bought it and answer was bring it back and I will refund your money, I have already paid out a good deal just registering and sales tax what do I do.
Consumer applied the parking brake and it failed to hold. Consumer drove the vehicle to the dealer for inspection, and mechanic acknowledged that there was a problem, but could not duplicate the problem.
