Very dangerous reoccurring problem with this van. The service department did not find anything wrong and there has been no recalls related to this problem, but it has happened multiple times.

When driving at night and all the car lights completely stop working, this can potentially cause a fatal accident.

This is the sixth (6th) time this problem has occurred. This has been very dangerous, and has almost caused an accident each time.
