CHRYSLER/DODGE: RADIATOR CAP ON ABOUT 276,000 GRAND CARAVAN AND TOWN AND COUNTRY VEHICLES MAY EXPERIENCE ENGINE COOLANT WEEP AND/OR A SLOW LEAK RESULTING IN LOW ENGINE COOLANT LEVELS. THE RADIATOR CAP MUST BE REPLACED. CSC LETTER WAS REC'D. *PE
