Door lock stopped working on the driver's side sliding door. Wouldn't work with either the keyfob or the door lock buttons in the van.

The issues that I am having is the drivers side door locks do not work, and neither does the lock on the drivers side passenger sliding door. The second issue is my wipers do not work. Upon checking the fuses, the windshield wiper fuse was blown. Immediately after replacing it, it blew again.
