Town & Country Touring 3.8L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 150,000 miles

I bought this vehicle used with 70k miles on it. 3 months after purchasing I had my mechanic checking it out and they said that the front right rotor was warped. I replaced it and the brake pads. Then I started having issues with the left front brakes. I changed the rotors, calipers, and pads on that side as well as the caliper on the right front which was causing issues again as well. Then I experienced vibrations coming from the right rear and saw premature wearing on the outside of the tire. I changed the pads, rotor, and caliper on this tire as well. The only wheel that has not been changed is the left rear and I am expecting it to start in any time now.

Town & Country Limited 4.0L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 49,000 miles

Since I bought this vehicle in 2009 with 1900 miles I am constantly running to the dealership complaining about the noise and brakes. Now I have 49k miles and it needs the third set of rear rotors and calipers replaced, front was resurfaced and has had three sets of pads. Solution for the front now is new rotors and pads again. They say the ugly black dust that has stained and pitted the chrome rims is normal. My concerns are only validated after the warranty has expired. The dealership wants to know if I want to sell it now. But I bought the extended for life warranty $2900 and had them do the resister paint protectant $600. Not to mention the moral obligation to let the next party know why I am interested in selling it. I don't trust this dealership anymore either.
