I am writing about our 2013 Chrysler Town and Country. Last year and intermittently since, there are times when it will not start. We have then tried the remote start a number of times, which usually will start it. Our concern is if and when the remote no longer starts it and we could be stranded. In researching this problem, I have found numerous reviews in which owners have called on a mechanic to fix the problem and have been charged up to $2000 with various repairs, to no avail. We have been pleased with the van and not had any other issues other than this Where does Chrysler stand as far as a recall for this problem? Thank you.

I am so sick of Chrysler products!!! The first vehicle we had was a Chrysler 300 C and it left us on the side of the road. My husband took his chance and we got a 2013 Chry. Town and Country and it left us stranded at the mall on my sons birthday. We had it towed and was told it was the battery. We purchased a new battery and the next day we went outside to start it up only to find it wouldn't start again. Told it was the starter so we had a new starter put in next day no start.

We have had a new Fly wheel, Fuel Pump, Crank Shaft, cam shaft, pcm and now we are told the Fuel pump relay is bad and possibly the TIPM. I am furious. We have only had the van 1 yr and 9 months and it has been sitting for 5 months. The warranty ran out 2 months before the problem and so far Chrysler is NOT willing to help!!!

I am really shocked by the fact that they have not a recall on this. I have read over 400 complaints!! They need to ditch Chrysler if they can't satisfy customers with down right terrible, not good, pieces of junk that they manufacture!! A very angry customer!!!
