I was driving, pulled over to go in Mall. While parked, I started smelling burnt wiring. Could not find where it was coming from. Then I saw smoke rolling to the front of the Van. The Van was covered in smoke on the inside. Rolled the windows down. Could not figure out where it was coming from. Concerned it would start becoming a flame. Noticed the smoke rolling out of the third roll seatbelt near the charging port. Called Fire Dept., they investigated and found all the attached pictures melted.

Taking to the shop today, and will find out what the actual issue is and to ensure no more damage. FD used electrical tap and removed any power to it. Was able to drive home an hour away, and FD stated had I not been pulled over, could have been far worse on the interstate. They ask that I pull over immediately if it started back. I made it home safely, but my nerves are shot, and now I have to get in the shop, get a rental and all the fun that goes along with that. Find out what is wrong, and if it can be fixed. I researched and see this issue was/is under investigation. Not sure what will result, but definitely a safety issue.
