Our vehicle has never been in an accident, but three months ago the passenger side active headrest popped out while the vehicle was parked overnight. Yesterday, the same thing happened with the driver side headrest. A small piece of plastic inside the headrest snapped. The broken plastic is visible inside. Our local Chrysler dealer and service center quoted us around $800 per headrest to replace. It appears this was covered under a recall for model years earlier than 2014. Why not 2014???
