No signs of issues prior to AM of 06/26 when I got in to start vehicle. Car started, wipers were going and all dash lights were illuminated. I turned off the key and restarted. Car started and ran fine. Again wipers on and all dash lights were illuminated. Had an appointment to get to so jumped in husband's vehicle. Upon return home, again, started car, wipers and dash lights on. Drove straight to dealership 2 miles. Vehicle ran and shifted fine. Husband followed me as did not know if car would die in route. Husband reported brake lamps worked. All controls on steering wheel, turn signal radio controls inoperative. No speedometer or gauges working. Radio, AC, power windows all inoperable. Dealer has had my car FOURTEEN days and cannot locate problem. They state they replaced TIPM but other modules not communicating. I'm at the end of my wits and frankly will be afraid of the car from here on out as you never know what electrical nightmare is lurking after this issue. Dealer states Chrysler representative from Detroit will be there tomorrow to look into the issue.

Update from Jul 19, 2017: TIPM was not the issue. TWENTY THREE days later, the problem was solved and repaired. Of course, the 23 day included, diagnostic, calling Detroit, arrival of the Detroit representative, ordering parts, and finally installation.

End result is a shorted wire in the overhead console. Wire was grounding on the metal frame of the console.

A STAR case was made on this vehicle.
