We bought the car from the dealership with tires worn out on the back. When we questioned Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep they stated that the people before us just put some old tires on it. So we had the dealership put new tires on it before we bought it, Low and behold within 6 months we replaced the rear tires. Mind you we were only driving to town 30 mi. round trip maybe 3 times a week and the tires were super slick. My husband and I weren't impressed. So we asked the dealer about it they said that it was normal wear and tear and gave us the run around. Now we are stuck with a car that eats more in rubber than fuel...well maybe not that extreme but it is ridiculous. Oh and get this the tires we have to purchase are a size 17. I hope they do recall this year of car to see what the hell is going on with them.

problem #3 ok put most recent date of new tires but have had to replace tire 5 times since i have bought it and I bought it new the tires are about 800 dollars each time one set of tires 60000k didnt even get 20000k miles on them and there are several compaints on this issue as well so sick of dodge chrysler and their BS about how customer service is important to them yeah right they dont care that they are selling JUNK to consumers will never buy or recommend to anyone steer clear they sell crap.

I bought my 2012 Dodge Avenger in Feb. of 2013 with 18000 miles on it. Almost immediately I noticed the rear end pulling when I hit a bump or came to a stop. I thought maybe I just needed to get use to how the car handled.

Shortly after this I went on vacation. I put an additional 3000 miles on the car. While I had family riding in the back of my car, they complained that it was a very rough ride in the back seat. The back end of the car felt like it was jerking sideways. Once I returned home, I took the vehicle back to the dealership (not a Dodge dealer), and told them something was wrong with the rear end of the car and I was afraid to drive it. They informed me that once I drove the car off the lot it was not up to them to deal with problems, because it was still under manufacturer warranty, I had to take it to a Dodge dealer. I took the car to a Dodge dealer and they advised me that I needed new tires. I again went to where I bought the car and they advised me that since I had put 3000 miles on the car I needed to replace the tires. I had the tires replaced and the ride was smoother.

Here we are a year later and I took my car in for a recall issue and the Dodge dealer is telling me again, "your tires need to be replaced". Am I really to believe that I will have to replace the tires on this vehicle every year that I own it?

Bought my car New in April of 2012....... at 14 thousand miles tires was worn out and I know tires last much longer than that!! so I took back to Dealership thinking they would replace my tires for free I was very wrong so here I am at 38 thousand miles and every other Oil change they say my tires are worn out and Bald so I have it hauled in the shop they say my car is always out of alignment just a lil bit not bad I do not understand why this happens my Car has been checked out from top to Bottom I am clueless and will never buy Dodge again!!!!!!!!!!!!
