It's so annoying coming out of a store with your hands full, you hit the keyfob and hear the trunk pop, but it doestn't move......at all. I have to pry my fingers under the lid and pull it up, it acts like there is no force at all behind it moving it along. My husband went to the parts place and got a replacement, it does the SAME THING, so it wasn't just a lemon lift, its designed that way.
