I had a problem with my car and while it was there somebody hit my car in the parking lot . they took it inside after not saying anything about it .I noticed it before getting in my car they took it inside and buffed it and you could still see the scratches and the manager from the body shop says to me what do you want to do about it? is it good enough? i told him no you can still see it. i want it fixed so he had to send it out to a body shop. since they didn't have one on site, they send body repairs out .who knows to who.it came back with a big time run mark of paint in 2 spots and on top of a few other things i was having done. i told them that got to be fixed . after a week of dealing with other issues on the car they still didn't fix the running in the paint on my bumper and i had had it with them so my car wasn't gone another week. i told them forget it, I'll have someone else fix it the right way. I called Chrysler and told them about it also. no issue resolved so now i have a new car with a 6 inch run mark of paint on the back bumper that they gave me a hard time about fixing because they had to eat the money for the damage to fix it.
