Faulty electric rack and pinion have been such a huge problem. They are not only going bad after a few years, they are expensive to replace. And it-€™s common problem amongst dodge owners.

Vehicle stationary. Not running. Temp 23F. Car will not start with a check engine light and steering symbol light with exclamation point. No previous issues. 42K milage. Reading forums, leads me to believe there have been many instances of power steering issues on this model vehicle.
