This car is used to go 18 miles too work and 18 miles back . It is unreal that the fuel pumps go out that fast . The most important thing is I can't believe there's not a recall on this problem. To say this was highly dangerous is hardly enough. The car was saturated in gas fumes so bad you could smell the car as you followed it down the highway to bring it in to the shop. It's was like driving a ticking bomb . Love this car but I will think twice when it comes to replacing it with another Dodge Charger.

On Monday, i went out to get in my car and the smell of gas fumes in side the car was unbearable. i then looked under the car and there was a small pool of gasoline. I had to have the car towed as it seemed way to dangerous to drive the car. Turns out the fuel pump went bad. My car has only 55,000 miles on. how in the world does the fuel pump go out at only 55,000 miles. after doing some reading it seems i am not the only one with this problem. this is extremely dangerous if i were to ever get rear ended and have this problem going on. it started after i filled my car which sounds typical across the board. dodge has been no help to me. i will never buy a dodge product again. this is just the latest in a list of issues with my car which started before i even hit 30,000 miles
