I took my car to performance Dodge at 95 loop road, centerville, Ohio 45459 on 8/30/19 to get my recalls fixed. I picked up my car after they told me repairs were completed. I have the receipt from this car dealership that says they performed these recalls (recall U60 and recall V01). I'm not able to upload my receipt but I can fax it over to you if you need to review. So I thought my recalls had been fixed but I kept receiving phone calls and letters that I still had recalls on my vehicle that needed fixed. So I checked my VIN # on this website and it still shows that I have these open recalls on my Dodge Charger. Can this please be investigated" can't the dealership get in trouble for saying they fixed the problem, if they truly didn't" my name is [xxx] and my address is [xxx]. my phone # is [xxx] and my husband [xxx]. I look forward to hearing from someone regarding this issue. Thank you! information redacted pursuant to the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).

On Feb 15, 2018 at about 2:00 P.M. my vehicle was involved in a collision. My son was driving on a city street, and rear ended another vehicle going about 25 mph. The front bumper was damaged and the front air bag didn't deploy. Due to the extent of the damage I believe the air bag should have deployed.I am looking for help investigating this.
I got a takata notice in the mail saying I'm a registered owner of one of their vehicles with the takata airbag and my airbag alert is red on my dashboard but there's been no recall. Please investigate whether there needs to be a recall.
Airbags failed to deploy during side impact crash the other vehicles air bags did deploy. Accident was in a parking lot but there was significant speed, impact and damage. Impact was such that it pushed the Charger sideways over a curb and up onto a grassy median. Driver hit head on door and suffered mild concussion and is still suffering headaches and body pain. Our contact at the repair shop expressed surprise that the air bags did not deploy and also the SRS indicator was not lit.
